Trappist Burgundy Wine Jelly

Fun Fact: “Trappist” is the kind of monk that cooks the preserves, but it’s just a nickname for their more formal name of “Cistercians” which in turn comes from the town in France where they come from -Citeaux. Citeaux is in the region of Burgundy and so the Burgundy Wine Jelly connects them to their medieval roots.
