3 Ingredient Fundelina Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Fundelina (your choice of Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana or Chocoloate)
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour you can use less (down to 2/3 cup)
- 1 large egg
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350 F
-
Add the Fundelina and egg to a large mixing bowl and combine. Use a mixer or a sturdy spoon.
-
Add the flour, a third of it at a time. The dough will be thick, use a sturdy spoon or even a dough hook on your mixer. I like to use a fork at the end.
-
Using clean hands roll about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough, a little smaller than a golf ball, and place it on a sheet pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. You can make them smaller too if you wish. Repeat until you form all the cookies.
-
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The time will vary depending on your oven and how large you make the cookies.
-
They are done when they are slightly cracked and feel a little dry to the touch. Allow them to cool for a few minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Drizzle Fundelina on top for that extra burst of hazelnut goodness!
- ENJOY!

4 Ingredient Fundelina Fudge
Ingredients:
- 11 oz milk or dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Fundelina (again you get to choose your favorite flavor)
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk NOT Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
-
Line an 8 by 8 inch pan with aluminum foil.
-
Combine all the ingredients together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring consistently until the mixture is smooth.
-
Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan. Refrigerate for four hours, cut and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Notes: Make sure not to add too much Nutella, it should be only 1/2 cup.
Do not scrape the can of Sweetened Condensed Milk, doing this adds just slightly too much liquid and makes it harder for the fudge to set.
Easy 4-Ingredient Fundelina Protein Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs Protein Powder
- 2 Tbs coconut flour (probably could substitute regular or gluten free flour)
- 1 Tbs Fundelina (your choice again)
Chocolate Covering
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp Fundelina
Instructions:
-
Mix all ingredients together except the ingredients for the chocolate covering. Add more coconut flour (only a teaspoon at a time) if the dough is too soft, add a teaspoon or more of water, or almond milk if the dough is too thick****
-
Roll the batter into tablespoon sized balls, refrigerate for 15 minutes to set**
- Optional: melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second bursts until melted, stirring in between. Stir in chocolate hazelnut spread. Dip the protein balls into the chocolate and then set them on a clean parchment paper. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top, and let the chocolate set before serving.
