No problem, simply measure out 1 tablespoon of Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer and 2 tablespoons of water and let sit for 1 minute to thicken. This combination will replace 1 whole egg. 

Ingredients: Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Baking Soda, Psyllium Husk.
